Book of 1 Corinthians
The book of 1 Corinthians was written by the Apostle Paul to the church at Corinth. This ancient city was visited by Paul after he left Athens. Paul stated that when he entered Corinth, he entered "in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling". Paul spent 18 months there ministering and building a great church there.
